Some early Ramsey-type theorems and some applications
The origin of much of the recent developments in
Additive Combinatorics can be traced back to some
of the early Ramsey-type theorems in Combinatorial Number Theory.
After some introductory general remarks
on some of the early Ramsey-type theorems, here we shall take up
a problem for finite coloring of the plane.
